Ticketmaster Verify by Visa - Ticketmaster Verify by Visa

I tried to to buy tickets on Ticketmaster for the Taylor Swift 1989 concert (2015). After inputting my Visa information, I was asked to complete information in a separate window called "Verify by Visa". It did not work and the window didn't lead me anywhere to complete my purchase. Then, the Ticketmaster website said that I needed to "sign-up" for the Visa purchase which I couldn't do right then and there. I "lost" the tickets because I "timed out" trying to complete my purchase!!!!!!!!
